Thank you Christian for your reply….and once again I can not tell you how excited I am with the results of doing these exercises in more ways that just the blood pressure. I am now sleeping much more soundly and my head is much more clear, etc. I came home from work, however, feeling tired from all the stress and sat down to do the exercises and thinking how I’d lay down & rest afterward….well, afterward, I was ready to go again. I went out and finished painting the one side of the house I had started on the weekend!!!! And looking forward to another good night sleep! Thank you so much.
